CERTIFICATIONS & INDUSTRY STANDARDS
Salad Savoy has been a proud member of both the California and Arizona Leafy Greens Marketing Agreements (LGMA) since their inception, demonstrating our long-standing commitment to recognized industry food safety practices. We also maintain PrimusGFS certification, a GFSI-recognized food safety certification, providing independent third-party verification of our food safety systems and practices.
Our commitment extends well beyond certification. In addition to our own routine self-audits, we work closely with several trusted local shipper partners that conduct their own independent, in-house food safety audits. Through these partnerships, our fields are audited approximately once per month, providing an additional layer of oversight throughout the growing season.
